The Virus cleanup template automatically removes the virus from the customer's system.

# Smart Scan Pattern Files
These patterns are used by Trend Micro products that include the Smart Scan feature. They include a smaller client-side pattern called the "Smart Scan Agent Pattern" that resides on the users local client workstation and also a "Smart Scan Pattern" that is hosted on a local server called the Smart Scan Server.

When a client is running in Smart Scan Mode, both the Smart Scan Agent Pattern and the Smart Scan Pattern will be accessed during the malware scanning process.
