TheSearchMan accepts windows wildcards (? for 1 character and * for multiple character) and i encourage you to almost always use them for better results.
The \'Search with-in Search\' on searchresults window will shows searches within searches.
To get accurate results please enter the file name efficiently
It is:
1. Blazingly fast. (Searches 50 GB drive in 1 second!)
2. Small. (Just 35 KB download!)
3. Multi-threaded. (Your computer never hangs!)
4. Portable(which means No Installations Required!)
5. Very simple to operate.
6. Small interface. (Doesn\'t block your screen)
7. Auto-updation of index with virtually no CPU usage.
8. Allows to Search with-in your searches in real-time.
9. Supports Wildcards (* and ?)
10. Small memory footprint ( Leaves RAM others softwares)
11. Supports index and real-time searching both.(to use index just place the index.mdb provided in the same folder as TheSearchMan.exe. If you don\'t want to use index the just remove the index.mdb or rename it.)
