The software has been created as universal software for surveillance hybrid platforms running concurrently with wireless and wired IP webcams, Television-boards, capture cards, power-line, and USB cameras.

It has web interface with the same look and functionality on the local and remote computers. Customers view MPEG-4 coded video and have full control of the software using network that security pc can be operated without screen, keyboard, and mouse connected.

Software's modular configuration significantly improves reliability because all units proceed as independent programs. If one module stops working, other parts keep on running. For example if the "capture" unit stops working, "watchdog" restarts it instantly that viewers don't notice anything because they are watching picture through a "playback" module.

The software does "repeated" recording that the "disk full" situation never appears. The recording can be constant or it can be turned on by activity, human face recognition, or by calendar.

The software has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty simple and performs on the surveillance workstation as well as on apart server using Web interface.

The software makes synchronized video playback for event examination from multiple cameras concurrently. Also recorded files can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded data can be encrypted and password protected.
