TOURNEY SETUP: A tourney is setup in 10 easy simple steps. You can create templates for weekly tourneys to save you some typing week after week. Your default payout table (set in Settings & Defaults) is automatically loaded. The "Prize %", represents the percentage of entry fee returned to the prizes and can be adjusted for each tournament along with any money added. The payout table adjusts dynamically as registration are processed, or you may select to set the prizes manually.

DATABASE: A handy database is at your disposition to build up your repository of players. Team records are also supported. Once a player is entered, registering him/her to a tournament is only a matter of retrieving the record and hit the "Register" button.

SCHEDULING: When scheduling is ON, open a few tables and the scheduled date-time and table # will appear for each match in the brackets as shown in this screen shot. This live computation is based on the event schedule (which can spread up to 7 days), how many tables are open, the races based on selected handicap and the estimated time per single game.

ANAGING A TOURNEY: Everything you need to manage a tourney is as close as a right-click context menu. You will make mistakes, declaring the wrong winner, sending players to the wrong table, enter the wrong scores. IngenPool is designed in a way that anything can be easily undone or corrected. You can even undo a Tourney all the way back to the start!

RACES AND HANDICAPS: You can set the races for every elimination levels, along with the handicap in use. Tourney defaults can also be set for every formats. Many of IngenPool's features uses the values as set here. For example, the scorecards, the computed table time-allowed, the Dispatch Window, etc.

HARD COPY REPORTS: Every hard copy report you may require is one click away. You can also print bracket blanks when all tourney are closed.

DOOR PRIZE WHEEL: A spinning wheel, automatically loaded with all registered players, is accessible throughout the tourney lifetime. This smart wheel keeps past winners in memory and its status is saved with the tournament.

ADVERTISING AND MESSAGES: IngenPool features a comprehensive banner rotation and scrolling message manager. Banner rotation when projecting on HDTV can generate additional revenue.

DISPATCH: Drag a ball-tray, right-click, and select "Announce match" to bring up the beeping dispatch window calling players to their assigned table.

WEB PUBLISHING: IngenPool's annual membership enables the publishing features where full brackets and match results can be uploaded as often as you want with the click of a button.
