Flash DVD Ripper is a piece of easy-to-use DVD ripper software. It is designed for the purpose of conversion from DVD to SVCD, VCD, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, AVI video formats on-the-fly.

Flash DVD Ripper supports opening DVD disc, and supports opening VOB/IFO files.

Flash DVD Ripper supports selecting all the video, or selecting by chapters or by a clip with start and end point (with a preview for for selection).

Flash DVD Ripper supports splitting ripped file by file size or time, the file size or time may be customized before ripping.
