Email Answerer & Notifier is an email checker and auto-answerer. When it starts for the first time it will be visible, but when its is closed it will run in the taskbar tray and alert you when you have new email
It can check POP3, IMAP4, Hotmail/Live and Gmail accounts and auto answer emails.
Unlimited number of Accounts.
Can auto-answer messages. Different answers can be assigned according to senders and/or email accounts.
Checks POP3 and IMAP4 mail servers.
Reads, deletes and replies to Email without opening your email client.
Supports Hotmail/Live and Gmail accounts checking as well as Gmail SMTP.
Can preview messages and save attachments.
Optionally, deletes messages from the server without downloading them
Can play a sound for normal messages and other for special ones (in the VIP list).
Auto Answer options
Email Answerer & Notifier can be used as an auto-answering email system.
To configure auto-answer options, either click on the button or on the Setup > Auto Answer options menu.
Auto-answer can respond to emails from specifics addresses and email accounts or answer all emails that are received in the email accounts marked as Active in the Setup window.
The auto-answer database can have as many records as needed. If a record is marked as Active, emails following the auto-answer rulers for that record will be answered automatically.
The options for each record are:
Only records marked as Active will be processed.
This field has the email account that will be monitored or, if All Accounts is selected, it will monitor all active email accounts.
Text cannot be directly written here, but by right-clicking an email account or All Accounts, should be selected.
Either right-click and select Anyone or write an email address here. If an email address is written, only messages from that address will be answered.

If selected, the original email text will be included in the response.
If no subjet is specificied, the email subject will be Re: + original email subject

If some files are to be sent along with the message, include them in the attachments list.
