Copy Trans Manager is a very good program as an alternative to iTunes, because it is easy to install, and you can transfer MP3 music or videos from PC to iPhone easily.
CopyTrans Manager allows to manage songs on iPod, no need to use the iTunes interface. The user can add and delete files, edit the tag information, create playlists and also play the files (the user will need to have appropriate codecs installed on your PC).
The program automatically classifies the content of your iPod by gender, album and artist and also offers a keyword search function to quickly locate a title. CopyTrans Manager does not require iTunes to be installed currently, however drivers need iTunes.
