Convert .NET also offers text translation, Base64 encoding/decoding and regular expression testing.,
A standalone tool that does not require installation.

Text translation using the Google + Yahoo + Live + Excite engines (42 languages).
Converts C# to VB and vice-versa using the ICSharpCode engine.
Base64/HTML/URL encoding/decoding and Regular expression testing.
