BluffTitler DX9 is a realtime 3D video titler. The result can be played in realtime or exported as a movie file for further processing in DVD authoring tools. Special effects include: reflection mapping, light beams, beveled borders, looping plasma effects, realtime shadows, EPS import, particle effects, bump mapping, RSS news feed import, vertex and pixel shader effects, spinning globe, waving flag, blob rendering and MPEG/Flash video textures.
BluffTitler has been designed for video:
* Export your titles in any resolution, from 320 x 240 up to full HD in 1920 x 1080
* Presets for all SDTV and HDTV standards in PAL, NTSC, progressive & interlacing
* Export as 32 bits AVI with transparency info
* Export as 32 bits TARGA, PNG and BMP frames with transparency info
* Export in 16:9 (widescreen) and 4:3 aspect ratios
* Correct NTSC framerate of 29.97 fps
* Field rendering in PAL and NTSC
* Safe area and crosshair display when editing

- New setting in options dialog: auto folding layers hierarchy
- New setting in options dialog: always show tool window on startup
- Bugfix: floating point framerate bug fixed
- Bugfix: bring layer backward/forward now works across hierarchy
- Bugfix: fully transparent text layers are no longer capable of making the shadows of all model layers invisible
