Use the image, models and frameworks and relate them back to your own work, project, division or company.

Which elements do you fulfill? Simply go through each element and ensure that sufficient attention has been devoted to each. By forcing yourself to generate at least three ideas (requires you to think through each stage but is not too difficult - increase as necessary if you want to maximize detail) for each macro or micro element, you will elicit a comprehensive analysis. Do this regularly. Keep a record to monitor your evolution.

Go through the elements in turn and for each one give yourself a score out of 10. Low scores indicate weak areas, i.e those to which more attention must be paid.
