Atomic Mail Verifier (AMV) is a unique program that checks email addresses for the validity.
Unlike other email verification programs, our verifier uses three levels of verification to ensure you will not lose any valid address.
After loading your mailing list or pasting some email addresses for validation, AMV begins to verify each e-mail address. All addresses are checked in multithreaded mode that speeds up the entire process. Three steps of verification include:
1. E-mail addresses syntax check. On this step Atomic Email Verifier marks invalid addresses such as bill#yahoo.com, kate!@$aol,com etc.
2. Availability of the domain of e-mail addresses. On the second step program checks the availability of the domain, i. e. it marks valid such addresses as email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org and marks invalid any nonexistent domain.
3. Existence of e-mail addresses on their mail servers. On the final step, program tries to establish SMTP connection with mail server and test the address there.
To verify each email address in the list you may complete all the steps or only some of them. For example, if you have a huge list with hundreds of thousands of addresses then you should process only the first two steps, because checking of each address on its mail server takes much time. This type of mailing list verification usually removes one third of all "bad" addresses.
If your mailing lists has no more than several thousand addresses then you may complete all the steps of verification. Three steps guarantee removing most non-existing addresses.
Atomic Email Verifier is fully integrated with other Atomic e-marketing tools. So, you can collect the email addresses using our email extractors (e.g. Atomic Email Hunter), transfer gathered emails to AMV to remove obsolete addresses and then use our bulk emailer - Atomic Mail Sender to send out mass mail. Optionally, Atomic Subscription Manager can automatically manage the mailing list and track all subscription instructions.
