Personal data
All Aboard is software managing your personal data. The name All Aboard means it™s “all here“. Personal data is small amounts of information about many things some of which is private. Businesses have a great deal of detail about almost everything. While you may work for a large business you are not a large business yourself. That does not change the need for organization, easy access, and the ability to tie things together and keep a few secrets. All Aboard is an approach to using personal data in an organization structure that isn™t complicated. All Aboard presents itself in an attractive wrapper you can customize too.

* Historical logs / diaries that also can have expenses, documents, notes and, images
All Aboard allows these parts connected with a common means of access. All Aboard permits two levels of categorization to sort out the types of information so you can find it as you need it. It's like an 8 drawer file cabinet with alphabetical folders. You build connectivity when you find it useful and use only the connections you need. Because we all deal in small bits about many things we need a way to organize that is easier than a search tool. Because the related things about any piece of information can be tied together you don™t need to go searching for all the parts.
All Aboard will provide tools to make you an organized person. You organize information is ways that are familiar and easy to adapt to your specific situations. If you are attempting to become organized this is a tool to build from. Through the All Aboard references and videos you will find examples that show how you might connect and organize your information. From these ideas you can expand and apply them in ways that work best for you.
The look you want
The look of All Aboard is also up to you. Most colors, fonts and even the icons can be changed. Below shows the default screens can be radically changed. It all can be re colored the way you like it to be not just the way we at OD Strategies thought you might like it. We think you'll like it better your way.
Themes
Contacts, Appointments, and six user defined categories each can have their own theme. The default theme can be modified and new themes can be created in minutes. See the videos on this web site to see how it is done. See the new download button to download some premade themes you see here.
Customization
Change each data type to use the settings you like best. Colors, fonts and data types and features can be customized for 8 major categories that in turn can be broken down into even more user defined categories. All features are on by default, but you can trun some features off for some drawers when you don't need the feature.
Appointments
All types of appointments and reminders can be created. Set up recurring dates such as holidays to repeat into the future as required. Appointments are just one of the eight categories of data. Reminders can play a sound, launch an application or open a document. Setup multiple reminders so a reminder can trigger actions you need to complete before the actual appointment.
Contacts
A dedicated contact data container drawer lets you color code all the people in your life. Store email and street addresses. 4 phone numbers are supported with integration into Voice over IP applications like Skype for even easier one click dialing. Set appointments with a contact in one click. Display pictures associated with your contacts and maintain a running history of unlimited activities, expenses, documents and images using log / diary records.
Calculator
A powerful programmable calculator also does even simple math too. Premade formulas allow prompting for the basic inputs and automatically pastes the completed formula for further editing or immediate computation. Advanced features let you write your own formulas too!
Sticky notes
Add a sticky note to the desktop whenever you need it and have the option to save it and stick it back again. A countdown, elapsed time, or an alarm can be Activated on any sticky! When a note is important you may save it to any of 6 user defined data drawers. Sticky notes can be resized to the entire desktop and contain up to 6,000 characters. Notes may then be saved and encrypted for later recall to the desktop.
Saved notes
Notes you save from the desktop or add from the main menu can be pinned back to the desktop and be viewed or edited. Saved notes can add many other data attributes like address phone numbers, links to images, web sites, documents or folders.
Diaries, logs, or history
One note with many logs allows notes to expand and record more history or related expenses. Vast details may be kept just from what began as one note record. Add expenses, more notes, images or links to documents on your computer.
Encryption
Not all your notes are required to be public information. Encrypt the things that are not public information and save it in a handy note ready to become available when you enter the password then put it away from prying eyes. Keep all the remaining notes handy and available without encryption. Keep All Aboard open all the time and don't worry someone will get into your data while you walk away.

20MB of disk space for software and documentation.
600 x 800 pixel display or larger resolution with more than 256 colors is required! 1024 x 768 screen sizes suggested. An audio card allows soun
