Microinvest Warehouse Open is a retail and warehouse software application. The usage of MySQL database, gives a vast range of work options support of unlimited number of users and nomenclatures; work in user server regime, both in local network and through Internet. The application uses hierarchical structures, so it is easily to group, to change or delete different nomenclatures. Each article can be described by different kinds of codes nomenclature code, barcode, catalogue number and ten different prices. The product allows you to work with two different article measures and to do a lot of transformations between them.

You can put a various data for each partner. The product will alert you if some of the data is not correct, because of its checking functions. This is useful for data like company VAT number. All users are identified by Username and Password. There access can differ, depending on their rights and work obligations.

Microinvest Warehouse Open supports all of the needed business processes and operations. This makes the application applicable in both trade and manufacturing companies. The software, can produce from pre defined recipes and all operations can generate the needed documentation.

There is a long list of different Reports. You can define your Report by using the specially developed filter.

One of the main advantage of the product is the ability to work with Pricing Rules. This option allows you to choose in what kind of situation, the Rule will take place.
