With Movie Maker you can create, edit, and share your home movies right on your computer
The user interface is divided into major areas, like the Collections pane, the (current) Collection view, the video preview window, and Storyboard/Timeline view. The Movie Task pane offers tools such as including capturing video, editing video or sharing your video. You can use images to create short videos ao video presentations. A resizable preview window with transport controls features at right and imported media is shown as icons at centre. Import options are extensive. Most popular video formats are allowed, including DVR-MS, Microsoft TV-recording format. The program supports video capture from analog and digital video and audio sources.
A few words about the usability: is not great, but is enough for home users. You can have fun with it, you have lots of visual effects available, you can add titles and transition. The user must be patient, because creating a good movie, with the desired effects can prove to be a hard and time-wasting job.
